“Wreath-ly” great start to the festive season

The Christmas season got off to a creative start for groups of friends and families attending wreath making workshops at the Roosters Bistro in Higham.

The workshops, run by Nina Finn, provided guests with all of the materials needed to create their own luxury door wreaths, as well essential support and guidance.

Nina, now marketing and business development manager for the Seafood Pub Company, is also a qualified floral designer and it was her idea to hold the sell-out workshops.

“It was fantastic to see people so enthusiastic and excited about making their own door wreaths and to see how they all came up with something unique using the materials we supplied,” said Nina.

“Roosters Bistro looks fantastic decorated up for Christmas and it provided the perfect backdrop to the four wreath making workshops.

“With guests welcomed to the events by mulled wine and cake and festive tunes playing while everyone created their wreaths, it really was a great way for people to start feeling Christmassy and get excited about the weeks ahead.

“We’re really pleased with the feedback from the events and are loving seeing the pictures we’re being sent of the wreaths looking fantastic hung on people’s front doors.”
