With the Pendle village of Barley being synonymous with Halloween and the Pendle witches, we couldn’t have chosen any other time of the year to open the doors of the newly refurbished Barley Mow than the end of October.
The pub, which is our first venue under the new Pub Co. brand, will be open for drinks on October 31st (including pulled pork buns and cowboy chilli). We will then close until our official opening on the 10th November.
What’s different from our other venues? Well the new Barley Mow will focus on being a proper pub that does great pub food rather than being a seafood gastro pub.
The menu focuses on the grill using fire and flame to bring out the flavour. Offering hearty pub classics, on-trend dishes, sandwiches and salads too, there’s something for everyone at the Barley Mow.
If you want to stay over after a day spent discovering Pendle Witch territory, we will have six on-site bedrooms available from mid-November.To book a table at the Barley Mow, or to find out about our festive menu, email email@example.com
