As part of the Seafood Pub Company’s Seafood Week, running from September 21st – 27th, the Town Green Brasserie is hosting a special Surf and Turf event.
On Thursday, 24th September, diners can choose from three very special versions of surf and turf created by our chefs, including classic, South American and Japanese adaptations, for just £20pp.
“Seafood Week is creating a real buzz amongst customers,” said Town Green Head Chef Lee Mitchell. “We are really looking forward to the Surf and Turf event, giving diners the opportunity to try something a little different based on a culinary classic.
“I’m definitely looking forward to trying the Japanese version featuring a 6oz Teriyaki fillet steak and miso and black sesame lobster tail.”
The Town Green Brasserie’s full menu will be available as usual during the Surf and Turf event and lobster and chips specials will feature on the specials board at the venue throughout Seafood Week.
