The SPC Members Club is our exclusive loyalty program designed to reward our members with points on their food, drink, and accommodation purchases.

Points are accrued as follows:  

• 5 points for every £1 spent on food, drink and accommodation.
• Please note that these rates may change at any time without prior notice. 
• Once you accumulate 500 points, a £5 reward will be automatically credited to your loyalty account. 
• Rewards will expire after 6 months if they remain unredeemed.  
• To enrol in the SPC Members Club, you must be a resident of the United Kingdom and at least 18 years old. 
• Communications cannot be sent to anyone under 18 until they reach the appropriate age of consent.

• Points can only be redeemed after successful membership registration and the issue of your membership number.

Membership Details

• The SPC Members Club is owned by Seafood Pub Company, which reserves the right to refuse issuance or revoke membership and points at any time, as well as to modify program terms or discontinue the program without prior notice.  
• Membership in the SPC Members Club is non-transferable and intended solely for the individual to whom it is issued.  
• Members may be removed from the club due to inactivity for an extended period or at the discretion of Seafood Pub Company.  
• Your membership in the SPC Members Club is not a credit facility.  
• Members will receive special offers, updates, and invitations via marketing emails or our SMS, which must be opted in on sign up. Failure to opt in to email and SMS marketing will mean you are unable to receive full membership benefits. 
• Additional communication channels may also be used at Seafood Pub Company’s discretion.

Earning Points

• Points can be collected with eligible purchases at participating venues. Be sure to provide your membership number at the time of purchase to receive your points.
• We are unable to add points after the bill has been paid.
• You must spend at least £1in a single transaction to qualify for points.
• 5 points are earned for every £1 spent on food, drink and accommodation.
• Please note that these rates may change at any time without prior notice. 
• To earn points on accommodation, bookings must have been made directly with the Seafood Pub Company venue, not through a third party.
• 5 points redemption value is 5 pence. This rate may change at any time without prior notice. 
• Points are not earned when using SPC Members reward currency or any other promotional voucher as the payment method.
• Points have no cash value. 
• Points and monetary value will expire after 6 months.
• Points cannot be shared between members or transferred between members.
• Points cannot be earned against weddings, private functions or other private events.

Currency, Rewards and Discounts

• Specific rewards may be issued to selected SPC Members based on their card activity and or other factors.
• Specific rewards may have specific redemption conditions, in addition to the standard SPC Members T&Cs.
• Birthday Reward of £10 when spending a minimum of £40 can be redeemed the week before and week after the SPC Members date of birth. Date of birth must be given on sign up to receive this reward.
• Rewards can only be redeemed a single time.
• Each reward has individual T&Cs.
• Currency, Rewards and Discounts can be withdrawn at any time.
• Currency, Rewards and Discounts cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Currency, Rewards and Discounts cannot be extended beyond their expiry or reinstated.
• Currency, Rewards and Discounts are excluded on key dates and national holidays, including but not exclusive to Valentines Day, Mothers Day, Fathers Day,
• Good Friday, Easter Sunday, Bank Holidays, Friday before Christmas, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve, New Years Day.
• Discounts are excluded from certain menu items.
• Rewards and Discounts on rooms must be applied at the time of booking, and booked direct.
• Currency, Rewards and Discounts on rooms can only be used by the SPC Member for their individual room, not for group bookings or bookings for other people.

Points Management and Expiration

• The points you earn may be subject to change without notice. Once you have reached 500 points, £5 will automatically be added to your account. To ensure you don’t lose your points or vouchers, redeem them within 6 months of earning.

Eligibility and Registration

• Membership is available only to residents of the UK and Channel Islands who are 18 years of age or older. Individuals under the age of 18 cannot join or participate in the program until they reach the requisite age.

How to Join

• To become a member, simply complete the online registration form at https://www.seafoodpubcompany.com/loyalty/. Points accumulation will begin only after your membership has been confirmed and your membership number has been issued.

Program Rules

• The SPC Members Club is a property of Seafood Pub Company, which retains the right to refuse membership, withdraw points, or change program rules at any time. The program may also be terminated without prior notice.
• Memberships can be cancelled at any time, if membership is cancelled, all points will be forfeited.
• We may suspend your right to collect points or redeem rewards and discounts if you are in breach of the SPC Members T&Cs, if there are reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or criminal activities or have supplied false or misleading information relating to your membership. 

Transferability

• Membership cannot be transferred to anyone else and is strictly for the person to whom it has been issued.

Inactivity Policy

• Members may be removed from the program due to prolonged inactivity or for other reasons deemed necessary by Seafood Pub Company.

Lost Cards

• If you lose your card or phone or believe someone else may have access to your membership account, let us know immediately. 
• We shall not be liable for points that are redeemed on lost cards.
