Children’s magical dine with Santa experiences
Children dining at the Barley Mow and Forest in Fence this December have the opportunity to meet a very important guest and receive a special gift.
Santa has been visiting the two venues at dates throughout December, giving children the chance to meet him in his grotto whilst enjoying a meal at the Barley Mow or Forest in Fence and receiving a special present and some reindeer food.
Jemma McAnespie, marketing manager of the Seafood Pub Company said: “The dine with Santa events were really popular at the Barley Mow last Christmas, so this year we decided to give even more children the opportunity to visit Santa’s grotto by bringing it to the Forest in Fence too.
“Both sites are hosting three dine with Santa events and they are a fantastic chance for children to meet Santa in gorgeous surroundings, whilst also enjoying a meal with us and receiving a special present. It’s something the whole family can enjoy whilst the little ones meet Father Christmas.”
The first dine with Santa events took place in early December and he will be visiting the Forest in Fence again on Sunday 17th December, 12 – 2pm and the Barley Mow on Thursday 14th and 21st December, 5-7pm.
Sean Kirkley, general manager at the Forest in Fence said: “The dine with Santa events have been really popular with families this Christmas and we’ve received some really positive feedback from everyone who has met Father Christmas so far.
“Festive celebrations are in full swing at all of the Seafood Pub Company venues, but with these very special grottos at the Forest and Barley Mow, our staff and customers are definitely in the Christmas spirit.”
