Fenwick Arms, Lancaster Road, Claughton.
The Fenwick at Claughton – on the main A683 just minutes away from the M6 J34 – is between the historic Lancaster Castle and the legendary C14th Devil’s Bridge at Kirkby Lonsdale. The 250 years old inn, with large open fires, low beamed ceilings and oak planked floors is bursting with character and atmosphere, combining a traditional pub and restaurant which specialises in seafood and pub classics and the Seafood Pub Company’s signature world food. The Lune Valley village of Claughton sits on the main road between Lancaster and Kirkby Lonsdale, just minutes from Devil’s Bridge, enjoying the great outdoors of the Forest of Bowland. This area attracts people from all around the world, many of whom stop off for a bite to eat or a drink on their way through.
We source the best of British produce to ensure high levels of quality and consistency and also have daily changing specials. Want something off-menu? If you’d like a specific type of seafood, or cut of meat just give us 48hours notice and if it’s in season we’ll sort it.
